What are the hardware required?

There are no specific requirements as such because the application is cloud-based. However, an 8GB RAM and 2 core i3 or above processer is recommended for better user experience. The application can run on iMAC, Desktop, iPAD, etc. A laser jet printer with wireless connectivity and a good printing speed would be ideal.

Can the application run on different operating systems within one clinic?

This is a web application and will run on any latest browser. We strongly recommend using Google Chrome browser to run this application.

Is there any specific internet connection or bandwidth required to run the app smoothly?

Preferably above 10 Mbps broadband connection.

How will the patients fill the AIQ (Aesthetic Interest Questionnaire)? Will there be any link sent to their mobile number or they will need to scan a barcode?

While using the application, you can share a link with the patient through WhatsApp/e-Mail and the patient can fill the form while he/she is waiting for his/her consultation with thedoctor/counsellor.

Is our patient data secure? Where does it get stored and for how long?

The patient data is stored on secured cloud, a data center that maintain industry-leading access control, including video surveillance, security, access lists, and exit procedures.

How can we archive the patient data?

Only the Super Admin will have the rights to download the data in a meaningful and readable format. In case, if you want to unsubscribe from Cliniceo™ services, you can remove all the clinic data safely.

Who can access our clinic's data? If, for any reason, we unsubscribe what will happen to our data?

Only the super admin will have the rights to download the data in a meaningful and readable format. In case, if you want to unsubscribe from Cliniceo™ services, you can remove all the clinic data safely.

What about our existing database? How can we migrate this data onto the new system?

We have a template to upload existing patient data. A template will be provided to fill the patient details and will be uploaded to export the patient details in bulk.

What will be the price after trial period is over?

As of now the price band is not yet finalised, however we are committed to offer this product at very reasonable prices in India.

Is this software linked with the payment gateways?

No. As of now, we are not providing any payment gateway. However, we have plans to integrate payment gateways in the coming releases.

How can we connect/interconnect Visia or any other digital photography platform like Crysalix?

As of now, the Cliniceo™ application is not connected to these third-party applications. However, we have plans to add the applications which are available for the integration in the future releases.

If there are any anomalies or bugs, who will be our single point contact?

How will our patients benefit from this software?

Your patients will certainly have a better in-clinic experience. This application has been designed by considering all the steps involved in a typical aesthetics patient’s journey like patient registration, appointment, history taking, consultation, prescription, sharing of patient education material, understanding the procedure before making a decision, pre & post-procedural care, feedback, follow-up, loyalty benefits, etc.

Can this application help our accounts team to prepare and download, upload and file GST returns?

As of now, the application is not GST ready, however the future releases will have the same.

Does this application help in pharmacy and inventory management as well?

In this release, the feature is restricted. Our future releases will have the same.

How will the patient educational material like e-brochures, promotional video links, etc. be shared with patients?

It can be shared through WhatsApp. The Cliniceo™ user should be logged in to WhatsApp Web in order to share the patient education material to the patient’s WhatsApp number.

Can the patient education material be mailed across to the patient instantaneously?

Yes. Please register with the clinic eMail ID that the clinic wants to share the patient education material from.

Can our clinic operate without printing on paper with this application?

Your clinic will become virtually paperless as you will be able to share all the formats like Invoice, Prescriptions, Pre-Post Procedure Care, Product Brochures, etc. on WhatsApp and eMail.

Is there any extra cost?

Our policy is to be as transparent as possible with our customers so you will not have any other extra/hidden cost. By purchasing one license you can have unlimited number of users, patients, images, documents uploaded in your account. However, if you are using it for any other location or branch a separate license(s) need to be purchased.
